Teaching yoga is as a reflection of my personal journey and my nature, both intuitive and adaptable, offering creative, dynamic style with slower strength building postures allowing to build strength and find balance on and off the mat. Each practice includes mindful movement led by breath, allows for a moment of meditation and offers a sense of warmth and inclusivity.
Yoga has become my life practice and has transformed my life after a personal loss. It allowed me to reconnect with myself, my body, my mind, finding peace in movement and stillness. It has become my path. I practice everywhere and anytime. Every day, in a slow process, it leads me to rebuilding my strength and finding purpose.
Beyond the mat, I enjoy freedom, personal growth and holistic approach to wellbeing, inspired by Ayurveda. Yoga has become a practice that is aligned with my love for travel, creativity, plant-based cooking and connecting with the wider community. Whether hosting a retreat, or teaching a small group of students, holding a space for everyone who wants to embrace yoga as a lifestyle is the ultimate goal.
Trained in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga in India (200hrsYTT).
